Crap!!! The new awesome amazing app update doesnt even open!

Hamburger menu without the hamburger icon? Menu itself is nearly impossible to read with light blue text on gray background. The menu has two outdated items, i.e., "Primary election results" and "Primary election maps". The primary election was held in August, but the version of the app that I downloaded was released in December. An ad covers the buttons on the "Report It" section. There are other buttons below but you cant scroll to them. I dont understand why there are two links to the weather section. One is enough. Also, there should be an option to choose weather data from other parts of Hawaii. Live streaming works great albeit there is a 2 minute delay from the live broadcast. This app needs a major update to fix UI issues and make it a little more "generic" so that its content doesnt become dated so quickly.

Cant make it through more than two articles without some junk pop-up add. Dont waste your time downloading it unless you like waiting through pop-ups every time you go to home page.

The app feels like its more or less an extension of the KHON2 website. When the live newscast is allowed to stream, those long pauses due to commercial breaks are annoying.....which lead me as a user to close the app and do something else NOT on the KHON2 app. Just show the commercials already and strike some deal with the media folks to stream the commercials. Commercials are unique to Hawaii anyway...Mahalo.

The full screen ad that appears when opening the app is a useless and annoying feature of this app. Tapping the close on the ad sometimes opens the browser to display the ad website. Id rather see a banner ad - less annoying.

The full page ad for pizza has become very annoying and counter productive. I will never buy that pizza.

I deleted the app. Still got HNN app and Kitv and star advertiser to get my news fix

I-phone & I- Pad now have 44 alerts and the number will not go away after opening your app. Will be deleting your app from both and will not re-load until it is fix with the other issues as well.

The app does not reset notifications, it just keeps incrementing them. 1 in the app, 56 on the home icon.

Notification number doesnt disappear even after you own the app. Im up to 39 now.

The number of alerts that come in the red circle do not go away, even if I open up the app. How can I get them to go away? I am frustrated by the app now. Please fix this or I might delete this app. I like the rest of the app.

Notification number will not go away after opening up the app. Its quite annoying. Its showing I have 83 notifications now. Please fix soon!

This app comes in handy all the time! It alerts me for breaking news and weather alerts! But there is one problem, the notifications in the red circle by the app is not going away. Even though I check in to the app, the notifications wont go away! Its at like 103 right now and I dont want it to grow any more! Please patch this up!!

Agree that the ever increasing notifications indicator is broken. Tried to view every category, tried rebooting my phone, deleted & added back the app and it is still not responsive. I am deleting the App. HNN & Star Advertiser are working okay.

I like the breaking news and weather alerts; however, after reading all the alerts, the red number doesnt go away and I dont know how to cancel it. Its up to 100+ so I just deleted the app and downloaded Hawaii News Now. Ill download again when problem is fixed.

My notifications for this App is over 100 and wont go away. Saw all the comments concerning this issue and checked other Apps created by the seller, and found that all the ones I checked, which were for other TV stations, had the same issue. Maybe its time to get a new developer?

Downloaded this app to get notifications about weather and other potentially important alerts. Its so glitchy, even when it does give me notifications I cant read the articles, so I deleted it.

Cant scroll to the end of articles without the screen bouncing up and down. Deleted.
